Took my automobile in today (4/27/14) for simple oil change and oil filter change. Not one person said "hello," "good morning," "morning... I'm glad you chose to bring your vehicle here to our establishment!!," or for that matter anything at all. One gentleman that worked there passed me five times without either looking at me or acknowledging me. The whole place reeked of an atmosphere of unappreciation.
