I've had my hair colored at Fantastic Sams many times over the years but the usual location @ 83rd Ave & Union Hills is also pretty busy, so I went to this new store at Lake Pleasant Parkway to have my usual foil weave and haircut. I arrived at 2:30 which should allow plenty of time to have my hair done before picking up my kids at 5:30 but by 5pm the girl was still processing my hair. I told her I would have to pass on the haircut as I had kids to pick up and she said she didn't realize I was in a hurry. I reminded her that I arrived @ 2:30 and didn't th
