Yesterday I took my dog to Kim Barber's Dog Grooming. This wasn't his first time there, he's been going since summer. I went to pick him up at the time I was told he'd be ready and when I got there I was told he wasn't ready yet and it would be another 15-20 minutes. There was one dog ahead of him that I was aware of. The groomer told me she was hurrying....I told her NOT to hurry.
