I expected sooo much more from a Mercedes dealer ... I am surprised this dealer is still in business ... must be because it is the only Mercedes dealer in the area. I normally don't bring our cars to the dealer for routine service... but this time I decided to use the Mercedes dealer rather than use an independent service provider. On March 11th I brought my car in for routine service, a detail, and to fix a hydraulic leak in convertible top. First ... I never received a call telling me the car was finished.
