These guys don't even deserve one star. They are HORRIBLE. They charged me for a service they did not give me! I was moving out of my apartment into a home when I found a coupon for this scam in the Valpak mailers. I decided to give them a try. It was $60 for two rooms plus an extra $10 per room for the "antimicrobial deep wash", so I paid the guy a total of $80. I checked back 6 hours later, and the carpet was wet in one room but completely dry and FILTHY in the other!! The guy said it was because the dry room didn't need the deep wash, but then r
