Ordered two hurricane lantern globes. Paid more than $10 for priority shipping. When it took them 5 days to even begin the shipment process, I emailed to request action be taken so I'd be a satisfied customer. They responded by stating they were going to the post office to get the package back, and to cancel my order. I told them I still needed the product, but they canceled it anyway! I felt the service was quite rude. Definitely I will stay away next time.
