The staff is the most knowledgeable and helpful crew I have met in New York City. They provide free nutritional consultations that include dietary recommendations as well as supplement regiments to fit any budget. They do not carry a lot of products that they consider fads, or products with questionable ingredients. Do yourself a favor and go to thier beutiful shop.
