In my opinion and experience, Ms. Desai's billing practices are very questionable. She is gone most of the time - leaving her overwhelmed, and very rude assistant to handle HER work! We now have to hire another attorney to do the job she apparently could not handle herself. I would think twice before hiring this "attorney". I would rather leave no stars for her rating, however I had to leave the minimum - 1 star. She doesn't even deserve that.
