So where do I begin? Ok, I'll just say when I first moved on, the train that passes by at 2 or 3 am, was the least of my issues. But things went totally downhill. This place really needs a remodel and an up on the security. The apartment gate is left open so anyone could walk in so make sure your front doors are locked EVEN IN THE DAYTIME! Randomly there is a homeless man who will kindly put your garbage in the dumpster... I don't know if I should say thank you or be concerned ... Or the fact that our door handle came off randomly after being tampered with. It
