I went to file my taxes and was asked how I would like my tax returned, I replied by saying deposited in my bank account. The next day my brother went in to pay the tax fee well, these unprofessional people assumed that he was my husband and asked him, how would you like the tax refunded...again?! (why?), he answered I don't know how, I'm just here to make a payment. [I ask] why wouldn't they call me for any questions?! So, he stated he's there just to drop off a payment. When I called the Unprofessional Tax consultant to ask her why
