Ps Business Parks located in Wellington on Pierson Road is a clean and well maintained facility with a good value for the space if the location is convenient. Jorge Rivera is a charming professional manager handling new leases. The surrounding tenants I found were amiable and easy to get along with. My only observation after nearly a 1 1/2 years at this location is that the relationship is strictly by the lease after the signing and all negotiations should be handled before signing.
