Do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex and anything owned by ELK Investors. They have problems with bugs, you know, ants, spiders, house centipedes, water bugs and ROACHES! They have 2 laundry machines per building which are almost always broken. Maintenance staff are lazy POS. Snow barely gets plowed in the winter and when it does, the parking lot is left a sheet of ice. But wait it gets better, when you move out, ELK Investors will send you to collections and try to get more money from you. They are all scum bags and this place,
