This individual should probably not be in business. Not only is he unethical and works in areas where he has little to no expertise he takes money for work he never does. If you want to lose your case and your money hire him. His idea of contingency is that you pay him a retainer and then he takes a percentage plus you pay as you go. He is disorganized, misses deadlines and doesn't return phone calls. If he screws up he starts running down opposing council. He should find another line of work where he can't hurt people.
