The pictures and model they show you is nothing like what you will be renting. The windows and doors let the wind in, however the building are old. Landscaping is somewhat okay, they do a good job with snow removal. Expect rent to increase every six months. If you decide to leave you need to give them months ahead notice. Security is a joke, there are drug deals going on day and night. People hang out all night in the parking lots. If you have a problem with another person or renter the office tells you to deal with it yourself. You can not have peace and quit
