Was one of the rudest people I ever spoke to on the phone. He would not give me the name of the owner of ROBERTS. He hung up on me. The worst part is the my insurance company sent out a check to the company for more the $700 and he had the nerve to be rude, did not want to give me information that I requested and he hung up the phone on me.
