For a wedding I was in recently the groom had us order tuxes through this establishment. When we received the tuxes, 5 out of 6 tuxes needed to be readjusted. Coats were too big and too long, shirts were entirely too short, pants were huge for some and way too small for others... the list goes on and on. They were able to correct some of the mistakes by running to the warehouse to fetch new clothes, but not all mistakes were corrected. After all was said and done, the people working the shop did not apologize at all for the mistakes and even tried to tell some of the grooms
