I will never use Duffy's again, and for over 5 years I had been using them to get around Albany, NY. One night I hadn't realized I lost my wallet until we were already on the road. Instead of being an understanding human being and showing an iota of human sympathy this cab driver decided to insult me, make racial slurs, and call me things like deadbeat and fare dodger.
