Wow; some people really like to dramatized a some what bad experience into something it really wasn't. Having worked in the retail business for over 40 years and having to deal with delusional people who Such anger on public servants because they don't/can't get their way for something that might not be able to be fixed or taken care of to their liking. I gave Jack's Laundromat 5 stars because for about 15 years of doing my laundry there I have always walked out a very satisfied customer. I will drive past half a dozen other places to go here.
