I am a physician. I am trained to report accurately without bias. Automobile Association of America (AAA) Road Service called Sal and Sons to tow my vehicle with a broken front drivers ball joint. Sal and Sons dragged this car up their flat bed. The wheel with the broken ball joint separated from the rest of the car and the car ended with a broken drive shaft, tie rod end, busted front drivers tire got a giant flat spot needing replacement. AAA asked me to call Sal and Sons and ask them to fix this damage. Sal and Sons refused to give me the last name of "Sal"
