I called to try to get an appointment for the first time and nicely asked how long they've been in business and where they went to school and the owner was rude and hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and he told me that my questions were inappropriate. I asked why and he said it didn't matter where anyone went to school and that all hairdressers were good.
