Was very easy, at location staff was knowledgable and courteous. The shed was delivered as promised, the 2 gentleman that came to my home were pleasant, courteous, and left my yard spotless. I had a small problem with the shed that I noticed the next day, they responded immediatetly and corrected the problem. What you need to know is this was after my check was cashed, usually after a company gets paid they disappear. This is not the case with Best Shed. I would highly recommend them.
