My AC broke on a Sunday, typical I know, I called another company & got quoted for a while new unit. I was destroyed. A friend of mine recommended a second opinion so I called Comfort Zone & spoke with Chris. I told him the situation & he sent someone out same day for a free quote. Turns out it was only a compressor. They had it ordered & installed in less than 24 hours after my first call. Courteous & knowledgeable.
