I ordered glow sticks for my daughter's graduation party. Paypal charged my credit card for the cost of the glowsticks shipping, but I rec'd a email from George Fang saying they needed $10 more to mail it because I was in Hawaii. I tried to go to their website, but there was no where I could pay the extra $10. Because I work in the day, I kept missing to call them, until 5 days before I needed it. I knew it was my fault for waiting so long so I called the company and asked them if they could ship it by 8/8, really thinking that I had screwed up. If so, I would have
