we had a really nice gentlemen come out to look and fix our washer and dryer. I could not have asked for anyone better. He was really nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything he was doing and he even showed me how to do things on my own, that in the past sears men have not done, even when asked to. I recommend the durham appliance thrift store to everyone. Great service and nice people.
