My husband went to the Raynham store today & purchased 2 $99.00 HAIER air conditioners. We brought them home. The first was damaged & the fan didn't work. The second was in good structural condition but the fan didn't work properly. I called the store & was assured we could return the units for full refund (on our debit card). My husband packed up both units & drove back to the store. He was met by the manager who was rude & argumentative. The manager stated the air conditioners had an exchange-only policy. The manager refused to refund our money
