Puchased our home in April, We had problem after problem with service guys that came out. The one really good service man they had they fired. I have mixed feelings on this business now. During the sale they bent over backwards to please us. Now we have to practically beg to have a door fixed. I am not sure if we would buy from them again based on the experience with service. If they get some dependable guys to make the service calls promptly and EFFEICIENTLY that would make a world of difference in customer satisfaction.
