I fell further behind on my car payments then I realized and this was the company that was used to repo my car. I was letting my roommate use the car when they repossessed it and when they came. She asked for and tried to get the belongings out of the car, they refused, in fact physically prevented her from getting them out. I was told by the san jose pd later that this was illegal on their part but she,my roommate, told me this too late to press charges. There was new body damage to the car itself.
