Mr. Larsen in every step of getting a policy generated was unethical, was out of compliance for Utah State Department of Insurance, added a policy to a separate party without contacting them for consent, over charged me by $300 and then denied any wrong doing. I am filing a complaint to the Utah State Department of Insurance, having my family a friends pull their insurance policies from his Insurance firm and filing a complaint to State Farm Insurance.
