I booked a birthday party at the pink palace through the Cake and Catering Company. I was described a princess tea party with cookie decorating, tea/punch/sandwiches, ice cream, feather boas, crowns. I was quoted $199 for the party with no pass to the exhibits. It seemed a little pricy but I needed the central location and I figured I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I was extremely disappointed as there was no atmosphere indicative of a tea party except 2 teapots with punch. (Crickets anyone?) There were no crowns, no boas…..just a pink plastic tablecloth, clea
