I brought my vehicle to Bankston Ford of Frisco for an issue with the sync system in my Ford F-150 and explained that the sync system goes out when I drive in the rain or if run through a car wash (obviously a short somewhere in the system) and drains the battery completely dead. All they did was reset the system, while this fixed the symptom it doesn't resolve the problem. I am very dissatisfied with this level of service from a dealer.
