the groomer didn't pay attention to what i wanted done. i have 2 dogs one is usually clipped and on average not clipped well. never smooth theres tufts of hair sticking up. the other one was just needing a bath and a good brushing. it got clipped. she wasn't concerned I was not happy. she said well the hair would grow back. his hair may not grow back like it should. lack of concern loses business. I have already found a new groomer to fix the choppy clip job. will not be going back.
