This wouldn't let me give a zero star otherwise I would've. I am in the same boat as many homeowners, I am upside down and have an adjustable rate. Long story short, I was desparate to keep my home so wanted to go somewhere local. This company said I would have no problem at all getting a 4% fixed rate for 30 years. They asked for $1500.00 up front. I was so excited I told 2 of my friends about them, the result??
