Not good - I had Jim do some work for me a month ago. I requested he fix a faucet in our bathroom. He was quick to fix it, and was paid on the spot. A few weeks later the handle didn't turn and water was leaking again. I called and texted Jim repeatedly and he never returned my phone calls or texts. Quite the scammer, stay away. -Brian R.
