Signed up with James Devaney Fuel Co in the city Newton about a year ago, they terminated my contract with no notice for no good reason. I called them at the start of December to request service for my hot water heater and was informed that they did not do service on my equipment. I responded that this was one of the reasons that I did not do more business with them. Next, I called for a oil delivery today (5 days before Christmas) and found out only then that my contract had been terminated, Merry Christmas! No oil, and no way to get it without doing a lot of
