My wife and I stayed at Herr Ridge Inn last night. This was the first time we stayed at a bed and breakfast and were under the assumption that staying at a bed and breakfast was a more personable experience than staying at a hotel. Unfortunately we couldn't have been more wrong with The Inn and Herr Ridge. We both agree that we felt like the invisible guests during our stay there. When we arrived we were directed to our room with our key and that was the last time anyone spoke to us. We weren't offered help with our luggage, weren't offered turndown service,
