I bought a bunk bed from this company for my 2 year old daughter. When I first received the packages I took everything out of the boxes and laid it out in her room ready to get to work. I then realized I didn't have any bolts, screws, nothing. I went thru the boxes and each piece three times. I called the company who told me to go to their wharehouse to pick up a package of the bolts/screws I would need. I drove an hour to get to this place. Mike, their general manager, was very rude. He kept acting as if I were lying or just incompitent for not being able to find
