I am a former employee of Cambridge Academy. The owners are EXTREMELY rude to employees and have an unrealistic turn-over rate. I was there for less than a year, and I saw more than 70 people leave there. This establishment employees less than 20 people at a time! This is a very confusing thing for children. Cambridge Academy has been under investigation by DHR numerous times. I know- first hand- that the treatment of employees and the treatment of children is very sub-par. The owners have no problem YELLING at the employees- in the office, foyer, classroom,
