Our cars were towed by this company today and the owner was very unprofessional and unethical. We explained that our cars were towed where there were no signs or warnings posted and he said there was nothing he could do and he was simply there to HELP OUT THE OWNER while he was away. When we went to pay, he told us that the connection for the credit card machine was not working and that he could not figure out how to feed the paper to read it manually.
