In response to sitzumom, I work for Dog depot and I saw first hand that this woman's dog was neglected by her. First of all the dog was extremely matted, his eyes were glued shut because he was not cared for properly, the dog lost controls of his bowels through out the day making us rewash him more than twice. The dog also attacked us numerous times, once while the owner was present.
