Please don't rent from this company. I will say this and hope it is enough to make you read reviews on every site before choosing an apartment. Now I know cost means alot to you because it meant a lot to me too. I had very little when I moved here after my divorce and they were cheap for Owasso. But the management is horrible. My first impression was that they were nice and helpful, but only up until I signed my name on the lease. The lease has many portions that are unenforceable by law - but they will try to make you over pay your first and law month
