07/30/2011 I John Ho, declare under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the State of California, county of Orange, that I have called the front office of this apartment complex more than 20 times in last two weeks to complain of DENIED and lazily left locked emergency fire exits. Mr. Ki Kil, OWNER of this place has history of intimidating tenants and threatening them with eviction.
