I have been using the Spetic Guys services since 2006 and didn't have any problems until 2011 when I had them replace a pump. Soon after that service, they started billing my credit card (that I provided them for the pump service) $148.14 monthly service. I kindly called them for a credit but they refuse to issue one stating that I had signed a monthly contract. Odd enough, the contract that they are referring to was canceled in 2006 or 2007, which they admitted; but still refuse to issue credit. I had to go to my credit card company to request the credi
