This organization has multiple issues. NHS Human services has houses with sexual predators that have mrdd (mental retardation) that have committed crimes against helpless little children and Washington county pa spends 400,000 a year on each guy in this particular house (in which there are 3 guys in this house)....The police and judges refuse to put them in jail because they say this would be inhumane. These guys raped little girls and boys and you are paying for them to live in a nice big house and eat shrimp, eat steak, get the best medical care, etc,
