I made a purchase on January 7, 2010 of a futon, single bunk unit for $370.95. Within 2 weeks, the metal bed frame broke. It buckled on one side. I called Unclaimed Freight on West Market and the sales person stated he needed to ask the district manager if they would cover this. They called back and stated that this would be replaced and I should expect a call about the end of the month with either the status of the order or to come and pick up a new frame.
