The Summit Plaza is a bit hard to find but well worth the effort, especially for breakfast! Definitely try the blueberry pancakes and prepare yourself for very generous portions at a very reasonable price. If you're stopping in for lunch or dinner definitely save room for some of the homemade pies and cakes they offer for dessert! The specials are always a bargain and again the portions are very generous. The thing that will stand out the most though is the down home atmosphere that makes you feel as if you're dining in someones home more
