Buying our first home we hired a home inspector which found damage/rot sill and floor joist. Remax hires SGS to repair the the problem but instead rigged it up to get paid and get the home sold. Remax paid $400 for SGS to install 1/4" plywood over the rot between 3 floor joist. I guess this was to hide it. Secured plywood with 1 foot of 2x2's. HORRIBLE work. I found this problem because we had a water leak that should have been checked out that was stated in the CL100. Now I have a rotted sill, studs, joist, sheet rock and cabinet. Neither party will take hand in their irre
