I think it is of poor taste to tell someone lies to make an sale. When i pay for quality, that's what i expect. But it's even more poor taste when you contact the store about something you purchase from them they refuse to call you back, are come to the phone. I purchase a Ital Leather set in 2001 and until the fire in 2010, the leather was still until holding strong. Poor taste i want some satisfaction.
