Probably the least expensive cleaner in Knoxville; however, they are one of the worst. The facility itself is dilapidated and filthy. The staff, except for a sweet lady named M*, does not speak english, which makes complaints about service and quality impossible. Do not bring dry cleaning or complex clothing to these folks. I went to them 7 times to get a mens suit cleaned properly. The 7th time was the straw that broke my back. I'll need to replace the suit at my own cost.
