On July 24,2010 I stopped at the Krystals restaurant in Columbia, Tenn. The time was 12:57pm. I ordered a large (12 count) of sugar bites. The associate at the window took my money and ask me to pull ahead and wait, that it would be another minute before they were done. I pullead ahead and waited....and waited...until 1:11 pm. Keep in mind the temp outside was 99! I got back into the drive thru line and pulled up tothe window again and ask for my money back!
