They sent me an urn smaller than the palm of my hand and a large plastic bag with my brothers remains. How disgusting is that?! I called to find out what happened and the director Mr. Currey insured me that they would be sending me an urn that would fit the remains. I've been calling every week for several weeks and Mr. Currey states that the urn is in the mail."You should receive it by Wednesday or Thursday" he says week after week. 8 WEEKS LATER; STILL NO URN from Hardwick & Sons Funeral Home. On top of that I never received a copy of any of the paperwork or
